Maple Leaf At Home : Who We Are

Pam VincentPam Vincent, Chief Executive Officer & Founder

In 2006 after more than 20 years in corporate America, Pam followed her entrepreneurial dreams and acquired a small retail store in Plano, Texas. In a very short time, the store was relocated, reshaped and reinvigorated to include new lines, technology tools, marketing, events and dramatic increases in sales.

The store revenues and customer base have continued to increase over the last seven years despite the poor economy. As such, Pam was nominated for the National ARTS award in the Rising Star category by reps and manufactures and won the prestigious award in 2008.

Always searching for unique products for her customers, Pam seeks out new lines in markets across the United States, Europe and local artisans. Still, Pam saw a void in the mix for general gift, corporate gifts and bridal in the personalized/monogrammed marketplace. The market was exploding with imported monogram programs, but everything available was in acrylic, ceramic or paper goods many with only with single letters. Most lines required the purchase of predefined samples or the entire alphabet. These products were not a fit for her store or clientele. There was simply nothing available that was personalized in a high-quality, tasteful, lasting and enduring gift. There was also a void of quality items made in the U.S.A.

So in September 2010, Maple Leaf at Home was launched and is now sold in high-end tabletop and gift stores across the United States, as well as premier online and catalog companies. Pam leads the company in customer relations, sales and product design.
